I encountered issues with the door locks frequently during my stay, which was somewhat frustrating. the location is just perfect for exploring nearby attractions like China Town and Central Market, making it a great base for exploring Kuala Lumpur.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of major attractions like Merdeka Square and Chinatown, making exploration a breeze. I loved my Deluxe King Room. it was spacious, new, and equipped with a comfortable bed that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The ease of access to 24-hour convenience stores just a few minutes away added a wonderful layer of convenience to my stay.

Room was secure with lift access only via room card. Housekeeping promptly provided fresh towels. The check-in process was quick, which I appreciated after a long journey. The room facilities worked well, including the mini-bar and electric kettle. The hotel’s strategic location made it easy to reach attractions like Chinatown and Central Market. my room did not have a window, making it dark in the mornings. While I understand I chose that option, I wish I had known beforehand how disorienting it would feel. The parking arrangement left something to be desired since parking wasn't directly provided by the hotel. Lastly, I encountered noise from the air conditioning unit, which made it hard to sleep at times.

The rooms, particularly the Studio Suite I booked, feature a chic aesthetic with thoughtful decor. The rain shower had fantastic pressure, making for a refreshing experience after a long day.

Despite its stylish appearance, the Studio Suite felt cramped, even smaller than many standard rooms elsewhere. There’s also a peculiar room layout that doesn't maximize space well. Some maintenance issues, like malfunctioning door locks, detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay, and there’s a noticeable noise from air conditioning units that could disrupt sleep. Finally, the restaurant prices are on the steep side, nudging you toward local options to save some credits.

I was shocked upon arrival when the staff demanded full payment upfront, leaving us scrambling to find a currency exchange after a long flight. Our room was initially unacceptable as it was smelly and poorly cleaned, forcing me to request multiple room changes which left me utterly exhausted. The final room still had issues with the door lock and unkempt conditions, which made me question the management's quality control.

the cosmo is in a decent location, close to nice shopping spots. mr kiren, one of the staff members, was really helpful and sweet during our stay. the room was clean and comfortable for our 3 nights.

Strategically located near Little India and Central Market, the welcoming staff provided an inviting experience. Our spacious room included a comfortable bed with a large window that offered great views of the surrounding area.

Conveniently located near major attractions, the clean and cozy room provided a comfortable retreat. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and supportive, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Some improvements are needed in shower facilities and the breakfast area could feel overcrowded during peak times.

We had a fantastic time in the Junior Suite! It was tastefully designed, spacious, and perfect for our family. The separate living area was great for the kids to play, and the walk-in wardrobe added a touch of luxury. Plus, the amenities like free WiFi and the LED televisions made our stay comfortable.

The breakfast options could improve.

It was just a strong match for a fleeting trip in Kuala Lumpur with fantastic value for money. The staff quickly helped me with an issue I had regarding my room's WiFi, making my stay much smoother.

Clean room, friendly staff, with a convenient location just steps from the Masjid Jamek Interchange Station making it easy to explore nearby attractions.
